Bad nasal congestion problem help!!?

I have a permanently blocked nose all the time. It always runs clear liquid (just like water) and my nose gets so sore from blowing ot all the time. It's not hayfever or allergies or anything like that as i have it all the time, wherever i am. Ive had numourous sprays and have seen a ENT specialist. He put a camera down my nose and said there was nothing wrong with my nose apart from my septum is a bit wonky. It is making me feel miserable all the time now help!!! :)
