Will an HC2 form cover the cost of a brace for my teeth?

I have an HC2 form and get all of my dentist treatment and other services- for example, eye tests- for free as the NHS covers the costs. Does anyone know if I can use the form to contribute towards or cover the cost of a standard 'train-track'/metal brace for my wonky bottom teeth? I'm 23 and a Midwifery student. Thanks :-)
