Need help plz (sinuses)?

If you have or had a broken nose that wasn't set it could cause chronic sinus problems. My brother had that problem and had to have his nose rebroken and set properly. Since doing that he doesn't have any sinus problems at all. He was in his late 20's when they figured it out.
