Do I sound ugly? Sorry I don't have any pics :(?

I don't have pics but I can describe my face. It is a oval/heart shape, slightly tanned and I do wear some foundation on it. My eyes are a light to medium blue and I'm told my lips are nice. I will need braces most likely as my teeth are kinda wonky and not the perfect White :( I have blonde hair that is quite long. I am a teenager and 5'5" and 115 lbs. What do you think? Do you need any other info? How could I make myself look better? I do wear makeup normally foundation mascara and lipgloss sometimes some eyeliner but not much.
