Why can't I open my e-mail?

I've been trying to access my e-mails & have gotten no response w/anything I've tried. Is this just a server down & will be fixed later 2day? Or has something truly wonky happened that's more serious? I have lots of business to take care of & really need to get it done. Will you be able fix this B4 too late this afternoon?
