Big nose! help please?

hi everyone. i been thinking about asking someone b4 but didnt no how to put myself. im 18 years old and everyone takes the piss because i actually have a huge nose. its like my nostrels stick out loads and it doesnt point at all. and when i smile my nose completely spreads accross my face. i can feel the bone inside my nose and i noticed my bone bends to the left. is it wonky and that the reason its so big ? i dont no just need sum1 to give me advise on either ways to thinnen or point it. thanks :(
