I'm really unconfident about my nose?

My nose is really short, wide and really wonky. I haven't done anything to it btw, I was born like that :/ but i HATE my nose so much and have even looked at surgery but there's no way my parents would let me do that.. is there any way of straightening out my nose? I know its a confidence thing as well, any tips on how to be more confident as well? I feel so conscious when I'm walking down the road and always, for example, pose for photos on the side that makes my nose look smaller.. xx
