Anyone taking Topamax and have these side effects?

I started taking Topamax and I noticed a lot of side effects. I sometimes stutter when I talk and that wasn't on the list of side effects. Also if I'm writing something I'll accidently right "by" instead of "buy" for example. Like I don't pick the right word choice. I don't want to do anything anymore, and I am just absolutely miserable. I get mad at my boyfriend over the dumbest stuff and I am just so irritable all the time. Could this because of the medicine? Has anyone else had these side effects?
