How do i stop being scared of my sister and break the habit?

Dude wtf dont be scared of your own sister you lived with her your whole life you should no her weaknesses stand up for yourself who gives a **** if she gets mad it ain't your fault and if she dont like it tell her to do something about it fight if yinz have to bt dot be scared of **** it just holds you back if you want tO say no say no the same way with anything else of all people don't be afraid of your family just stand your ground and you should be fine trust me
