My toshiba sd2010 dvd player disk drive wont open!?

When i press the open/close button on the dvd player the disk drive try to open and then stops trying. The disk drive itself looks like it has been put in wonky and the right hand side of the disk drive is higer than the left hand side which is normal. I can get it to open if i push down the drive on the right hand side. Is there anything i can do to sort it out or will i have to take it send it back after waiting weeks to get it! Please help :)
