Did I pass a bladder stone?

The other morning I woke up with severe sharp pain in my lower abdomen. It was enough pain to make me nauseous and I ended up lying on the bathroom floor for a good thirty minutes. The pain finally went away and I haven’t had any more symptoms since. I have heard that kidney stones create pain in your lower back but this was all in the front right where I figure my bladder is. Any ideas?
