One boob bigger than the other!?

Ok I'm 17 and one my right boob is bigger than my left one! Like a full cup side :(! And they look wonky! I'm thin so they're small aswel! One is like a full A and the other is barely an A. Will they always be like that? I only just got happy with my small boobs and now they're ******* wonky! I'm 18 soon so I suppose I can have surgery then or a silicone injection procedure. I'm already suffering from anxiety and never leave the house and have no friends and am still a virgin. I'm sick of it considering I could be really pretty. What if it comes time for me to lose my virginity, ill feel so self-conscious! Will nhs pay for it? Sorry for not making sense I'm on my mob and its really slow. Thanks!
